1. Introduction

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the House of Donatellii™ (“Donatellii,” “the House,” “we,” or “our”) via its digital salon and any associated private consultation channels.

By placing an order or completing a purchase, the client (“you”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms.

2. Nature of the House

Donatellii™ operates as a digital Maison, presenting creations through a private online salon and concierge-led acquisition process.

Each piece is offered with an emphasis on discipline, rarity, and permanence, and may be produced or sourced upon confirmation of order.

3. Product Representation

All creations are described and presented with the utmost care. However:

• Variations in stone characteristics, natural inclusions, and subtle differences in craftsmanship may occur.

• Natural diamonds are inherently unique; no two stones are identical.

• Product imagery is illustrative and may not reflect exact scale or proportion.

Such distinctions do not constitute defects.

4. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to review and acceptance by the House.

Donatellii™ reserves the right to:

• decline or cancel any order

• limit quantities

• request additional verification prior to fulfillment

An order is not considered final until confirmed by the House.

5. Pricing

All prices are presented in USD unless otherwise specified.

The House reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time prior to order confirmation.

Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or import fees unless explicitly stated.

6. Payment

Full payment is required prior to production or fulfillment.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• credit/debit card

• bank transfer

• other approved methods

For high-value transactions, additional verification may be required.

7. Production & Fulfillment

Donatellii™ operates under a made-to-order and curated sourcing model.

As such:

• Production timelines may vary depending on the creation

• Certain pieces require diamond sourcing and specialized fabrication

• Estimated delivery timelines are provided upon order confirmation

Delays due to sourcing or craftsmanship requirements do not constitute breach of contract.

8. Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are:

• fully insured

• signature required

• delivered through secured carriers

Risk transfers to the client upon confirmed delivery.

The House is not responsible for delays caused by:

• customs processing

• carrier issues

• external factors beyond control

 

9. Returns & Exchanges

Returns may be arranged within thirty (30) days of delivery, in accordance with the standards of the House.

Conditions include:

• item must be unworn and in original condition

• all documentation and certification must be included

• custom or modified pieces may not be eligible

The House reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet these standards. 

 

10. Cancellations

Orders may not be canceled once:

• production has commenced

• stones have been sourced specifically for the client

• customization has been initiated

Requests will be reviewed at the discretion of the House.

 

11. Certification & Authenticity

Where applicable, creations include certification from recognized institutions such as:

• GIA® (Gemological Institute of America)

• IGI® (International Gemological Institute)

All diamonds are represented as natural unless otherwise specified.

 

12. Warranty

The House provides a limited warranty covering:

• manufacturing defects

• structural integrity of the setting

This does not cover:

• normal wear

• accidental damage

• improper use or third-party alterations

All service requests are subject to evaluation by the House.

 

13. Private Consultation

Select creations and services are offered exclusively through private consultation.

The House reserves the right to:

• determine availability

• guide acquisition through concierge channels

• limit access to certain pieces

 

14. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, motifs, and materials associated with Donatellii™ are the exclusive property of the House.

This includes:

• product designs

• motif names

• written content

• imagery

Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Donatellii™ shall not be liable for:

• indirect or incidental damages

• loss of opportunity or value

• delays beyond reasonable control

Liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

 

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Donatellii™ operates.

Any disputes shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels within that jurisdiction.

 

17. Amendments

The House reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.

The most current version will be made available through the digital salon.
