Shipping Policy
Each creation of the House is realized to order and entrusted to secure, insured delivery, received with signature upon arrival.
Natural diamonds and noble materials are selected under disciplined stewardship, and each piece is composed through a considered process that reflects the standards of the House. Dispatch is undertaken within an appropriate interval following acquisition, with timing determined by the individual creation.
Acknowledgment is issued upon acquisition, followed by notice at the time of dispatch, including tracking details. Ongoing progress may be observed through the client account.
Return Policy
Returns & Consideration
The House extends a period of consideration of thirty days from the date of acquisition.
Creations may be returned within this interval, provided they remain in their original condition, unworn, and accompanied by all original tags and presentation elements. Any alteration to the condition of the piece may render it ineligible for return. Upon receipt, each creation is examined to ensure it meets the standards required for acceptance. Following this review, the House will proceed accordingly.
Settlement
Approved returns are issued to the original method of acquisition. Processing times may vary depending on the issuing institution. Creations exceeding $10,000 USD are subject to a restocking consideration of 3% of the acquisition value.
Conditions
Requests initiated beyond the thirty-day consideration period cannot be accepted.
Creations presented without their original tags, or with evidence of wear or alteration, are not eligible for return.
