Limited Warranty
Donatellii™ Limited Warranty Statement
Donatellii™ natural diamond jewelry is protected under a Limited Warranty Agreement, which provides coverage for the optical properties of the diamond, including brilliance and luster, as well as the diamond's physical integrity. This includes protection against chipping, breaking, scratching, and abrasions at the time of delivery. Each jewelry piece undergoes a thorough inspection process and is guaranteed to be free from defects upon delivery.
Under this Limited Warranty, Donatellii™ will replace any defective diamond or jewelry piece within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the conditions for replacement are met. This 30-day warranty period allows customers sufficient time to secure a third-party insurance policy for their Donatellii™ natural diamond jewelry, offering the flexibility to select a preferred policy without incurring additional fees or complications during the initial purchase process.
Exclusions to the Limited Warranty
The Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

Damage or defects resulting from abuse, misuse, loss, or theft.

Wear and tear to the precious metals or diamond stones, including damage caused by everyday use.

Maintenance services such as stone resetting, prong tightening, cleanings, or rhodium electroplating.

Jewelry pieces with removed or tampered tags.

Resizing requests made after the complimentary 30-day resizing window.
Donatellii™ reserves the right to deny replacement requests following an inspection of the jewelry piece.
